How to apply by mail…

• Complete the Application/Contract for the season to which you wish to apply.
  (You’ll find our current applications here.)
• Include four color 35mm slides of your work and one slide of your booth display. Print your name on each slide and number each slide. Include slide descriptions on the slide description form included with our Application/Contract.

• Send a separate check for each show
  payable to: Sugarloaf Mountain Works, Inc.
  (Show fees appear on the application/contract.)
• Mail Application, Fees, Slide Description Form, slides and three loose 44¢ stamps to:
